A woman looses control of her Jeep SUV and lands upside down in a small creek along Harbor-Edinburg Road in Union Township.The accident, which occurred around noon, had emergency personnel rushing to the scene after reports of a vehicle submerged upside down in a creek. A Union Township police officer, who arrived on the scene shortly after the accident, was able to brake a window and remove the driver from her vehicle. She was not injured.
